This PR adds complete Linux shell script equivalents for all Windows batch files:

  • prepare_venv.sh: Creates virtual environment and installs dependencies
  • run_timecounter.sh: Runs the TimeCounter application
  • build_exe.sh: Builds directory-based executable
  • build_exe_onefile.sh: Builds single-file executable

Also updated README.md with usage instructions for Linux users. The scripts include proper error handling, path resolution, and validation for python3-tk package on Linux systems.
